The Government of India, according to some news agencies has given positive indication towards the  minimum pay and fitment factor issue. Here 7th Pay Commission latest news : Government Gives Green Signal For Minimum Pay Rs.21000/- and Fitment Factor 3.0 is the discussion issue.The issue is in kind consideration of Ministry of finance accompanied by the Department of Expenditure. National Anomaly Committee which is directly responsible for the minimum pay issue is collaborating continuously with the unions and concerned government bodies.Government has given just given an estimate of the implementation of minimum pay Rs.21000/- and Fitment factor 3.0 which stands in January 2018.

As a large pool of central govt employees are disappointed by the improper wage revision and after getting the news of green signal from govt, Central govt employees will definitely find an cheering face. First of all the point to anoint is the long wait of 10 years wage revision of central govt employees which had showed them a faded future.

After this indication of central govt the way for the minimum pay Rs.21000/- and fitment factor 3.0 is clear. National Anomaly committee will have to work on the roadmap as union has directed it to solve the long waiting issue. After getting green signal it is clear that minimum pay will be increased from Rs.18000/- in present to Rs.21000/-.  If the fitment factor as demanded by the various unions not getting approval then the middle way will arrive at fitment factor of 3.0. Also the govt of India has given a indication to go ahead.

According to the sources, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions had replied from govt side that the green signal is generated by the union because now it has enough fund available in their treasury. As the govt has already implemented the basic feature of the 7th pay commission and allowances concept is also clear to central govt employees included the Armed forces. Allowances weight-age in the total salary of the central govt employees had not paid an increased amount. Allowances rates are increased a very few amount and also the already available allowances of the central govt employees sorted out.

The main question now is that of the maximum amount to which the minimum pay will be increased. According to news sources the maximum amount is not clear yet to which it will be increased.

As we all know that in the 6th pay commission the minimum pay of the govt employees was Rs.7000/- which was increased to Rs.21000/- after 7th pay commission implementation for the lower cader in govt jobs. For the cabinet secretary the maximum pay was increased from Rs 80,000 to Rs 2,25 lakh per month.
